Sven Lickfeld

Sven Lickfeld is responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, and Treasury & Insurance at Vantage Towers AG, one of Europe’s leading mobile network infrastructure providers. Sven joined Vantage Towers in 2021 and led the partial sale of the company to private equity investors KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners/BlackRock in a public tender offer and take-private, valuing the company at €16bn. In this context, he implemented a new financing structure, taking out €2.2bn of senior unsecured bonds and replacing them with €5.6bn of senior secured loans, which he recently refinanced with €2.0bn US private placement notes. Sven holds a diploma degree in Business Mathematics, is a Certified Corporate Treasurer VDT®, and has 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance. Before joining Vantage Towers, Sven worked in different roles for Merck and Deutsche Bank.
