Dr. Finn Marten Körner is Head of Capital Markets and Pension Asset Management at Henkel in Düsseldorf with a strong focus on Sustainable Finance for the entire Henkel Group. Before joining Henkel in 2022, he was VP Corporate Finance for Uniper and a risk consultant at Deloitte. He holds a Ph.D. in International Economics from the University of Oldenburg. Founded in 1876, Henkel holds leading positions in Adhesive Technologies as well as in Laundry & Home Care and Beauty Care businesses employing more than 52,000 people worldwide.

Severin Weig has been working at Heidelberg Materials since 2012, where he initially started as Treasury Manager and has held the position of Director Group Treasury since March 2015. Since November 2018, he has also been Director Group Insurance & Corporate Risk, where he is intensively involved in the topic of climate risks. Severin Weig has been a member of the Sustainable Finance Advisory Board of the German government since June 2022.

Prior to joining ING Joshua was a lead analyst for Sustainalytics’ ESG products and managed their SPO service. He has a decade of experience in the Sustainable Finance space.
